Los Jefes Tequila Bar and Kitchen in Seminyak is hiring for two positions: a Restaurant General Manager and a Kitchen Manager.
Restaurant General Manager:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the restaurant and create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and working with ownership to achieve sales and profitability goals. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing creative programming and events, building relationships with guests, and instilling the Los Jefes ethos in all staff members. Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, a deep understanding and appreciation of Mexican culture and traditions, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English and proficiency in technology are also required. We offer a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and a meal allowance.
Kitchen Manager:
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager with high-volume culinary management experience who can lead our Heart of House in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience coaching, leading, and developing culinary teams, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to recipes, safety practices, and sanitation standards. Candidates should also have experience with inventory control systems, purchasing, and kitchen expediting. The candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and problem-solve under pressure. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 kg, and handling hot food and alcoholic beverages. Fluency in English is required.
